How we work
Once under contract, we join the client’s design team as the construction representative contributing our perspective and expertise to the project. This collaboration ensures the outcome aligns with the homeowner's vision, timeline, and financial goals.
Fairbanks Homes will lead the development and on-going evolution of the budget, select experienced subcontractors recognized for their talent to support the elements and quality standards for the project, and ensure the design team delivers a constructable set of project specifications.

What to Expect
The Fairbanks team will be onsite daily to provide general contracting and project management services through the completion of your home. We will oversee construction activities and commit to continuous engagement with our clients.
We will work directly with the design team, lead the selection of experienced subcontractors, and direct vendors for procurement of material. Our focus is to manage job costs and monitor schedule variability to ensure a predictable journey and positive homebuilding experience for our clients.
